Exterior and interior wall insulation

Our external wall batts are a new generation of softer, safer, and more environmentally friendly insulation. While primarily designed for external walls, they can also be used internally to reduce noise transmission.

Our internal wall insulation come in various densities for metal and timber frame construction. You also have the option of an acoustic range that offers basic, ultra-performance, and high-density sound absorption levels.

Insulation System NZ's wall insulation includes a selection of R-values to cater to different project needs. They absorb external noise and improve thermal comfort and energy efficiency. Our range includes wall insualtion made with up to 80% recycled glass and ECOSE technology, a sustainable, bio-based binder, to be super-soft and easy to handle.

Knauf Glasswool Wall InsulationThe Earthwool® glasswool insulation wall batt range includes a selection of R-values to provide builders, designers, installers and DIYers the opportunity to choose the best thermal performance for their project.

Mammoth Wall InsulationCreating a seamless, smooth fit without tucks, creases or gaps, Mammoth wall sections are semi-rigid polyester insulation designed to be friction fitted into the wall cavity.

Greenstuff Wall InsulationGreenStuf® Thermal Wall Blanket is designed for the thermal insulation of timber-framed buildings. Thermal Wall Blanket is manufactured to order and pre-cut to nominated width for walls.

Terra Lana Wool Wall InsulationOur exterior wall insulation is dense, rigid and resilient to slumping. Supplied in standard widths designed to fit between studs spaced at 600mm or 400mm and lengths designed to fit a 2.4m to 2.7m stud height. If stud spacings are variable we can manufacture specific widths.
